MARION ELDON BEACH, son of John William, son of Wheeler Whitney, son of Israel, son of Steven, was born on November 26, 1910 in Findlay, Ohio, and died in April of 1990, in St. Francis Hospital, Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Marion Eldon Beach married Inez Pickett (1916 - 2006) on May 23, 1937, in Claremore, Rogers County, Oklahoma.

Adopted child of Marion Eldon Beach and Inez Pickett is:

1. Ronald Eldon Beach, born 1944, died 1986.


OBITUARY FOR MARION ELDON BEACH

MARION BEACH

Marion Eldon Beach, 79, 717 So. Muskogee, died Wednesday at Saint Francis Hospital, Tulsa. Services are set at 2 p.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Chapel with Russell Casey officiating. Burial will be at Green Hills Memorial Gardens, Sapulpa.

He was a quality control inspector for McClenan Air Force Base in California before retiring in 1975. Mr. Beach was a member of the U.S. Navy during World War II and was a member of the American Legion and the Church of Christ.

He had lived in Sapulpa for many years, but just recently moved back here from California.

Mr. Beach married wife Inez (Pickett) on May 23, 1937, in Claremore.

He was preceded in death by son Ronald Beach in 1986.

Survivors include wife Inez; and sisters Marie Morrison, Grace Kay and Edna Strain, all of Sapulpa. The family will headquarter at 717 So. Muskogee the day of the service.

MARION BEACH

Funeral services for Marion Beach were today at Owen Funeral Chapel with Russell Casey officiating. Burial was at Green Hills Memorial Gardens.

Casket bearers were: Steve Whittle, Bob Strain, Alfred Pickett, Carl Pickett, Norman Pickett and Randy Whittle.

Mr. Beach died Wednesday at Saint Francis Hospital, Tulsa.

(Note: The widow of Marion Eldon Beach, Inez Pickett-Beach, had her late husband's remains moved from Green Hills Memorial Gardens into a mausaleum at Floral Haven Cemetery, Broken Arrow, Tulsa County, Oklahoma.)
