WILLIAM "DICK" KAY, husband of Grace Eloise Beach, daughter of John William, son of Wheeler Whitney, son of Israel, son of Steven, was born on September 25, 1915 in Mounds, Creek County, Oklahoma, and died on January 27, 1982 in Sapulpa, Creek County, Oklahoma.
William "Dick" Kay married Grace Eloise Beach on November 5, 1938, in Sapulpa, Creek County, Oklahoma. He is buried in South Heights Cemetery.

William Kay of 323 W. Lee, died Wednesday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center, following a brief illness. He was born Sept. 25, 1915 in Mounds and had been a resident of Sapulpa for the past 50 years. He was a pipeline contractor for the J & J Construction Co. and had served with the Seabees during World War II.
Surviving are his wife, Grace of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Barbara Moss of Sapulpa; two sisters, Kay Oetter of San Francisco, Cal. and Dorothy Longacre of Kellyville; one grandchild.
Services will be held Friday at 2:30 p.m., in Owen Funeral Chapel with Russell Casey officiating. Interment will be in South Heights cemetery.
The family will headquarter at the family residence, 323 W. Lee.
