ARNOLD "FROSTY" NELSON COWEN

Arnold "Frosty" Nelson Cowen died Monday, Dec. 26, 2005.

He was born April 26, 1945 in Angus Valley Farm to the late Arnold and Agnes Cowen. He graduated from Sapulpa High School in 1964. Frosty entered the Army National Guard A-Co. 179th Battalion in Sapulpa Nov. 8, 1964 and was honorably discharged Nov. 7, 1970.

Frosty became a mason and was initiated May 18, 1972 passed - June 29, 1972, raised -- July 27, 1972 and was a 32-degree Mason.

Frosty married Lucille "Corky" Marie Long Jan. 14, 1967 and had three children: Roy Arnold, Delana Beth, of the home, and Michael Shane, who preceded his dad in passing shortly after his birth. Frosty has three sisters Grace Arlene Partney and husband Bob, of Atlanta, Ga.; Barbara Darlene Batson, of Broken Arrow; and Judy Marie Chapman and husband James, of Watonga; his father B.C. Dial and his wife Ethel; brother-in-law and wife Roe Lee and Sheila Long; five nephews; two nieces; three grand-nephews; two grand-nieces; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 29, 2005 at Green Hill Funeral Home Chapel.

The family has entrusted the care of the services to the directors at Green Hill Funeral Home.
