COOKS CELEBRATE 50 YEARS

Mr. and Mrs. Ken Cook of Sapulpa will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house reception 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Elk's Lodge.
The reception will be hosted by their son, K.F. Cook Jr., daughter, Patricia Ann Farrar, daughter, Susan Kay Meyer and longtime family friend, Margaret Downey.
The Cooks have lived in Sapulpa many years. He is a former plant manager for the Liberty Glass Co. and worked there for 21 years before retiring in 1977.
They are members of the First Presbyterian Church, he is a member of the Elk's Lodge and she is a member of Lady Elks.
They have five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Since retirement, the Cooks spend time at their cabin on Lake Hudson, where they enjoy fishing.
