Ella Lucille Johnson
Ella Lucille Johnson, daughter of Charles and Lucile Mathewson, was born Dec. 31, 1922 at her home at 628 South Walnut Street, Sapulpa. She graduated from Sapulpa High School in the class of 1941. Ella worked at McDonald Douglas Aircraft during the war years, after which she married Lt. Guy Langdon Johnson, of Okmulgee, on Valentine's Day, 1948.
She and Guy had three children and were married 48 years. Ella was a life-long member of First Christian Church where she attended the Builder's Class. Ella was also a member of the Naomi Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star for more than 50 years, serving as worthy matron and subsequently as grand worthy matron of the OES at the state level. Ella's dedication to community, family and religious faith were paramount personal values. She had an enduring love for Sapulpa, the Eastern Star, the Christian Church and her family.
Ella was preceded in death by her mother and father, her husband and her beloved sister Enola Louise Brown.
She is survived by her children Charl Martin Johnson, Lina Lucille Parks and Janet Maureen Charlton; grandchildren Daniel Charlton, Andrew and Jacob Johnson and Stephanie and Kevin Parks; great-grandchildren Noah and Braeden Johnson; special niece and guardian Dorthy Earleen Cartmill; and extended family members and friends Elaine Raguse, Michael Denney, Christopher Brown, Diedre Cartmill, Jamie Fitzgerald, Dorothy Zyskowski, Roberta Hankes and Dr. Tam Brown.
Honorary pall bearers are John Cartmill, Herb Denney and Mitchell Zyskowski.
Services for Mrs. Johnson will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 19, 2005 at First Christian Church in Sapulpa with Smith Funeral Home handling arrangements. Interment will follow in South Heights Cemetery.

Frank Johnson
Frank Johnson, 70, of Sapulpa, died Sunday, Aug. 15, 2004 at the St. John Medical Center. Frank was born to Ovvie Layton Johnson and Herman Johnson Sr. Feb. 28, 1934 in Sapulpa. He was the youngest son of six children.
Frank worked for Tulsa Truck Rental until he became visually disabled. He married Bettie Knight in 1963 and they have resided in Sapulpa for 41 years. They were active in the church for many years and he served as a Sunday school teacher and in the outreach program. They are now members of Faith Baptist Church in Sapulpa.
Frank is survived by his beloved wife Bettie; son Brett and his wife Patrice; grandchildren Desirea and Ryan, of Garland, Texas; daughter Staci and her husband Roy Baker; grandchildren Victoria and Anna, of Sand Springs; brothers Bob Johnson, of Kellyville, Jerry Johnson, of Sapulpa, and sister Patty and her husband Daniel Saul, of West Cliff, Colo.; sister-in-law Barbara and John Collums, of Wilberton; brother-in-law Ronald and Leisi Ynight, of Salem, Ore.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Herman Johnson Jr. and Joe Johnson.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 19, 2004 at Faith Baptist Church with Rev. Paul Littleton officiating.
Smith Funeral Home of Sapulpa is in charge of arrangements. Burial will be in the Prayer Gardens at Green Hill Memorial Gardens.

John E. Johnson, 65, son of Hazel Wilcher, of Sapulpa, passed from this earth Friday, July 29, 2005. Johnny was born July 19, 1940 in Sapulpa.
He graduated from Sapulpa High School. He spent four years in the United States Air Force.
Johnny is survived by his mother Hazel Wilcher, of Sapulpa, and many other relatives and friends. He will be missed deeply by all who knew him.
Graveside services are 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2005 at the South Heights Cemetery Chapel. The Rev. Kevin Bell of the Nazarene Church will officiate. Graveside services will be under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Linda Sue Johnson, 54, a long time resident of Sapulpa, passed away in her home, March 25, 2003. She was born May 17, 1948 in Sapulpa to Johnnie and Lleasie Powdrill Johnson. Linda was a home care provider.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by three sons, Jeffery Davis, of Sapulpa, Brian Davis and wife Stephanie, of Tampa, Fla., Thomas Davis and wife Lynda, of Lakewood, Wash.; two daughters, Lisa Davis, of Sapulpa, Christie Davis, of Tulsa; two sisters, Sharon Logan and husband John, of Tulsa, Lela Mae Nelson, of Wichita Falls, Texas; three brothers, Richard Johnson and wife Louise, of Oklahoma City, Larry Johnson and wife Sharon, of Sapulpa, and Lonnie Charles Johnson, of Wichita Falls, Texas; 10 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
Services will be Monday, March 31, 2003 in the Calvary Baptist Church at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Scott Gordon officiating. Interment will be held at South Heights Cemetery under the direction of the House if Winn Funeral Home.

Lonnie Dean Johnson, 63, of Sapulpa, died Sunday, Jan. 4, 2004.
He was born May 9, 1940 in Lamar, Colo. to Larson and Lottie McAfee Johnson. He had worked for Liberty Glass and the H and H Cab Company and retired from Bartlett-Collins Glass Company in 2002.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his son, Robert and his brother, Roland.

Mrs. Lydia N. Johnson, 92, a Sapulpa resident for 50 years, died in Bartlett Memorial hospital at 7 a.m. Tuesday. She had been ill for two and one-half years.
Mrs. Johnson, who had been making her home with a daughter, Mrs. Schley Sconiers, 1224 No. 9th, came to Sapulpa from Plano, Tex.
Born September 28, 1870 in Washington County, Ark. She was the widow of Joseph H. Johnson, who died in 1906. She was a member of First Methodist Church.
Others surviving are 4 brothers, R. B. (P.)(Robert Presley) Strain, Frank Strain, W. A. (Walter Andrew) Strain, all of Sapulpa; and E. A. (Earl Albert) Strain, Modesto, Calif.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in Smith Chapel, with Reverends Archie Rivers, Jr. and Grady Ross officiating.

Mrs. Johnson, 76, of Tulsa died Thursday, Jan. 24, 2002. She was born Oct. 21, 1925 in Fort Wayne, Ind.
Mrs. Johnson had lived in Tulsa since 1994 moving there from Bixby. She was a member of the Christ Presbyterian Church and had been a nurses aide. She worked for Community Care in Sapulpa and was a volunteer for Christ For Humanity.
She served on the Board of Directors for Benchmark Conforminiums. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul, in 1990.
Survivors are four children, including a son, Walter Johnson of Sapulpa; 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and two sisters.

She was born June 6, 1925, in Sapulpa, the only child to the late Claude and Mae Jeffries. She received her elementary and secondary education at Twin Hills, near Okmulgee. She was a very good student who played the clarinet in the school band.
Mary's first job was working at Tri-State Insurance in Tulsa. She then moved on to Conard Construction in Tulsa, where she was responsible for bookkeeping. Finally she went to work for Dr. Rudy Wolfe in Tulsa, where she also served as a bookkeeper.
Mary was a proud member of Faith Baptist Church in Sapulpa. She enjoyed attending Sunday School, Bible study classes and participating in church functions until illness limited her activities. She enjoyed cooking, reading, solving crossword puzzles, spending time with her family, and caring for her mother.
Mary is survived by her daughter Pamela Sue Daniels, of Norman; granddaughter Taunya Shaun Daniels, of Norman and Kimberly Dawn McFarland and husband Mark, of Oklahoma City; and Great-grandchildren Sarah Mae McFarland and Joshua Patrick McFarland.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 8, 2005 at Faith Baptist Church.
The church is located at 7100 East Highway 117 in Sapulpa. Interment will follow at Green Hill Cemetery.

SUZIE ELLEN JOHNSON
Suzie Ellen Johnson, 52, of Sapulpa, left the bounds of her body to join her Lord on Friday, Nov. 28, 2003.
Born Suzie Miller in Ventura, Calif. on Dec. 17, 1950, she spent much of her student life in San Tome, Venezuela, where her father worked for Haliburton.
After high school graduation in Torrance, Calif. she met and married Art Martin and they moved to Sapulpa where they had three children. After a divorce, she married Charles E. Johnson and lived with him in northeastern Oklahoma until his death last year.
Suzie loved her children and grandchildren above all else in her life and they cooperated to provide her loving care during her final weeks.
Her children are Stephanie E. Denmark, of Tulsa, Christopher Jason Martin, of Sapulpa, and Kevin Sean Martin, of Tulsa.
Her grandchildren are Gage and Zackeny Martin.
She was deeply grateful for the staff of Grace Hospice who served her mother, Martha Miller, of Sapulpa, before her death in October, and served Suzie in November.
Those who met Suzie knew instantly that they were with one of God's most caring creatures. Always loving and forever loved, she will be missed deeply by everyone privileged to know her.
Memorial services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2003 at the Green Hill Funeral Home Chapel. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her memory be made to Grace Hospice in Tulsa or to a hospice of their choice.
The family has entrusted the care of the services to the directors at Green Hill Funeral Home.

WILLIS DALE "DINK" JOHNSON
Willis Dale "Dink" Johnson passed away Monday, March 11, 2002, in Muskogee at the age of 61.
Willis was born on Dec. 7, 1940 in Sapulpa to W.L. Johnson and Pauline Ballard Johnson.
He joined the U.S. Army in 1962. After his discharge, he was employed by the City of Sapulpa. He married Glenda Sue Watkins on Aug. 19, 1970.
He is survived by his wife, Glenda Sue, of the home; a son, Danny, of the home; a daughter and son-in-law Glenda and Travis Davis of Sapulpa; grandchildren, Crystal, Courtney and Jacob Davis; his mother and step-father, William and Pauline Wolf of Sapulpa; a brother, Richard Johnson of Sapulpa; a sister, Judy Jones Wilson of Kellyville; and many nieces and nephews.
Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by his father W.L. "Bill" Johnson, and three brothers, Carroll L. Johnson, Jerry W. Johnson and Bob Johnson.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, March 14, 2002, at Smith Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at the Stroud Cemetery.

JOHNSTON -- James R. (J.R.). Born in Sapulpa, OK on May 4, 1930 to Lorenza R. Johnston and Rosie Walker Johnston. He attended schools in Sapulpa, including Sapulpa High School. His many activities included Camera Club, Pep Squad, Spanish Club and Latin Club. He is survived by 1 sister, Alice Lutz and brother-in-law, Marvin Lutz; 2 nephews, Ray and Jim Lutz; and 2 great-nephews, Daniel and David Lutz. J.R. accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior at a very early age. His many friends included those from his 30 years of work at Skelly, Getty, Texaco Oil Company, from which he retired in 1985. They also include Glass Show Dealers around the country, some of which are present today. He always was completely immersed in whatever he was involved in, learning all he could about everything concerned. His interest in the local Depression Glass Club led him to become Treasurer, Vice President, Newsletter Editor and President. He then became involved with the National Depression Glass Club, most recently being the Treasurer. Service will be held 12:30 p.m., Monday, March 22 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel, 252-2518.

Allen Alfred Jones
Allen Alfred Jones departed this life at 1 a.m. Tuesday, July 6, 2004.
He was born August 2, 1916, to Zedok and Laura Sturgess Jones in Bristow, grew up in the Slick area and later moved to Sapulpa where he married the love of his life, Frances Oleta Robinson, on Sept. 27, 1941. He was a hard working man, a welder by trade, a loving husband and a caring dad to three children that he enjoyed taking on vacations where they traveled from coast to coast.
Allen also loved hunting, fishing, visiting with his grand children and great grandchildren.
He enjoyed going to church, and talking about the Bible every chance he got, so much that he became an ordained minister years ago at the Blue Bell Freewill Baptist church.
You could always hear him ministering to someone that would listen to the word and recite his favorite verse, John 3:16 and then he would say go ahead and ready verse 17, it's a real good one, too.
He also liked to sing and it didn't surprise anybody who knew him to hear him singing his favorite song, "Amazing Grace."
Allen was a member of Garden Heights Freewill Baptist Church in Prattville.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Frances Oleta Jones, a brother Robert Jones, sisters Pearl Pagen, Thelma Hope, and great granddaughter Aimee RayAnne Meek.
Allen is survived by his children Edith Meek and husband Charles, Shirley Stephens and husband Leon and Johnny D. Jones and wife Donna, all of Sapulpa; grandchildren Jerry Meek and wife Carla of Sand Springs, Chris Meek and wife Carol of Seminole, Cindy Lawson and husband Randy, of Lindsay, Cheryl Lay and Danny Stephens, of Sapulpa, Chris Jones and wife Mary, of Mannford, and Mark Jones and wife Jennifer, of Okmulgee; 14 great grandchildren; and 11 great great grandchildren, and a host of nieces; and nephews and friends.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, July 9, 2004, at Garden Heights Freewill Baptist Church, in Prattville with Doyle Baker officiating.
Burial will follow at Green HIll Memorial Gardens in Sapulpa. Services will be under the direction of Smith Funeral Home and Allen's grandsons will be pallbearers for his memorial service.
There will be a visiting time for family, and friends at Smith's Funeral Home, from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday, July 8, 2004.

Rev. Aubry B. Jones, 79, Morrison, Okla., died Monday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.
Services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Thursday at the First Baptist Church in Morrison. The Rev. Floyd Wingo will officiate. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery, Enid.
Jones was born Nov. 17, 1914 in Atkin, Okla., and he had been a Southern Baptist minister and served a number of Oklahoma churches. He was an electrical contractor and a member of the Masonic Lodge.
He is survived by his wife Elvaion of the home, daughters Norma Wolfe, Sapulpa, and Wanda Turley, Waco, Texas. He had seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Bertha Emmaline Jones
Bertha Emmaline Jones was born Nov. 14, 1913 at Picket Prairie. She left this life for a better one Wednesday, July 21, 2004.
Bertha lived in Kellyville until 2002, then resided at the Northside Nursing Home until her death. She was a member of the Westside Free Will Baptist Church and attended faithfully until her health failed. She was past worthy matron of the Eastern Star and a Pythian sister. She also enjoyed attending Kellyville Senior Citizens and working on the Creek County Election Board for many years.
Bertha married Rufus Jones Dec. 24, 1929. They lived in and around Kellyville for the remainder of their life together. They traveled to other parts of the country following his job as a pipefitter. Bertha's greatest joy was her sons and then her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was known for her beautiful handmade quilts and crocheting. She donated a quilt each year to the Sunrise Cemetery Association fundraiser, where they are always a welcome prize.
She was preceded in death by her husband Rufus Jones; sons Lewis Jones, Buck Jones and Danny Jones; parents Francis and Marion Donaldson; sisters Gladys Waters and Nellie Sams; brothers Howard Donaldson, Homer Donaldson and Herman Donaldson.
Bertha is survived by daughter-in-law Nita Jones, Judy Jones Wilson and Marcia Jones, all of Kellyville; grandchildren Aaron Jones, Robert Jones, Robin Pickering, Brett Jones, Tammy Womble and Rhonda Fanning, Angela Crawford and Darin Jones; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 24, 2004 at Westside Free Will Baptist Church with the Rev. Millard McGuire officiating. Interment will follow in the Sunrise Cemetery west of Kellyville. The family will headquarter at the Nita Jones residence in Blue Bell. The family asked that friends who wish may make donations to the Westside Free Will Baptist Church building fund or to the Sunrise Cemetery Association.

Bryan Allen Jones
Bryan Allen Jones, of Chouteau, formerly of Sapulpa, died Monday, Sept. 26, 2005 at St. John Medical Center at the age of 43.
Bryan was born May 61 (16?), 1961 in Okemah.
He was a steelworker and of the Baptist faith.
Survivors are his children Ryan Jones, of Bixby, Cody Jones, of Bixby, and Hailey Jones, of Cleveland; his mother Sharon Dickson Pendelton and husband, Jack of Chouteau; step-mother Eugenia Jones, of Sapulpa; sister Sherri Jones, of Kellyville; brothers Randy Jones of Washington and Kevin Jones, of Broken Arrow; and many nieces and nephews.

Charles Jones
Charles Jones, of Sapulpa, died Saturday, Jan. 15, 2005, at the St. John Medical Center at the age of 81. Charles was born Jan. 31, 1923, in Whitesboro to John B. and Florence Tedford Jones.
On May 26, 1945, in Heavner, he was married to Dortha Doyle. Charlie had retired from the Rogers Galvanizing Company where he worked as a welder.
He was preceded in death by his parents; infant daughter Charlotte; four brothers and one sister.
Survivors are his wife, Dortha, of the home; daughters Retha Guinn and Reba Irvine, both of Sapulpa; grandchildren Ronny Guinn and wife Paula, Brian Guinn and wife Kristan, and Christi Mullins; great-grandchildren Fallon Guinn and Megan Mullins; sister Wanda Cornelius, of Houston.
Funeral services for Charlie have been set for 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan, 18, 2005 in the Smith Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Scott Hamilton and Bob Goodman officiating. Interment will follow in the Green Hill Memorial Gardens.

GEORGE WILLIS JONES
George Willis JOnes of Oologah died Thursday, Oct. 4, 2001, at St. John Medical Center at the age of 70.
Mr. Jones was born July 25, 1031 in Sapulpa. He spent his early years in Sapulpa and was a graduate of Sapulpa High School.
He went into the U.S. Marines and served during the Korean War. He worked for Sears for 31 years and retired as a district manager. After his retirement from Sears he opened the J.J.J. Contracting in Oologah.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Hazel Patterson and Pearl Luper.
Survivors are his children, Ilene Frank and her husband, Brantley, of Oklahoma City, Willis Joe Jones of Oologah and Tony Wayne Jones and his wife, Gaylene, of Oologah; five grandchildren, Summer Frank, Lindsey Frank, Candice Lee Jones, Travis Earl Jones and Tyler Edward Jones; brothers and sisters, Margaret Jones of Sapulpa, Dorothy Saul of Sand Springs, Ellis Nones of Sapulpa and Selma Carter of Colleyville, Texas.
Funeral services for Mr. Jones have been set for 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 8, 2001, in Smith Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Glen Hood officiating. Interment will follow in Wann Cemetery near Oologah.
Serving as casketbearers will be Michael David Caffey, Richard Daniel Caffey, David A. Hearns. Chuck Shank, James Slayden and Darrell Wayne Wilson. Honorary bearers will be Jimmy Kendall, Delbert Ritchie, Paul Huckleby and Phil Pennington.

JONES -- Helen Howard, born July 20, 1926 in Mounds, OK, died Saturday, October 22, 2005 at her home in Scottsdale, AZ. She will be remembered best as the Musical Director of the Boomtown Theater in Drumright. Helen was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband, Weldon; and her daughter, Janis. Joseph Louie Jones died Thursday at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center. He was 66.
Born Nov. 13, 1910, in Redwater, Tex., he had lived much of his life in Sapulpa, but had lived in southwest Tulsa the last 24 years. He was a machinist for Sun Oil Co. for 25 years. He was a member of the Methodist church and was a 32nd degree Mason of the Guthrie Consistory.
Survivors are his widow Bea of the home, father-in-law George M. Folger and two brothers-in-law, Ronald Folger and Derv Folger of Sapulpa.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the Smith Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Robert Majors officiating. Interment will be in South Heights Cemetery under direction of Smith Funeral Home. Pallbearers will be John Covey, Bob Lazier, Steve Bailey, Frank Wulf, Bill Barnes and Kendred James.
The family will headquarter at the Derv Folger home, 1100 S. Apple.

Phillip Bruce Jones
Phillip Bruce Jones passed away at his home on Saturday afternoon at 3:20 p.m. in Sapulpa, surrounded by his loving family, July 3, 2004.
He was born March 1, 1924 to Leona Porter and Dee Bau Jones in Sapulpa. Phillip was a loving husband to Deloma Pollock Jones for 54 years, father to Holly and Roger Jones, grandfather to Jeffery and Ryan Jones, brother to Dee Bau Jones Jr. and Ida Marz, and a friend to everyone.
Phillip graduated May of 1943. Shortly after graduation, he was drafted into the army. Phillip was nine months in the Fiji Islands and joined the 142nd General Hospital. He then spent 18 months in Calcutta, India, where he worked in a 1,800-bed hospital. He became a surgery technician and would tell you he assisted in everything but brain surgery and child delivery. Coming home a sergeant, he left the army from India March 1, 1946. Phillip was again called to the U.S. Army on Oct. 17, 1950 and was discharged on Dec. 5, 1950.
Phillip was a member of the Elks Lodge, the Masonic Lodge, the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Phillip was raised in the grocery business and owned Jones Supermarket on West Dewey in Sapulpa for 45 years. He loved hunting, fishing, drinking coffee with friends and caring for his family. Phillip is well loved and will be much missed.
Services will be at 2 p.m., Tuesday, July 6, 2004 in the Smith Funeral Home Chapel.

Raymond John Jones
Raymond John Jones was born March 15, 1926 to Casey and Pearl (Goodwin) Jones. He departed this life on Sunday, May 18, 2003, in Kerrville, Texas at the age of 77.
Having grown up mostly in Creek County, John attended Sunrise Schools. He served in the United States Army during World War II.
With his wife Kay, John was currently living in Kerrville, Texas. John had retired from the Corps of Engineers where he worked as a heavy equipment operator. He had been a member of the Sunrise Baptist Church.
John liked to fish, hunt and trap wild boars and pigs. He also enjoyed working on old engines. He had a love for animals, having even raised a baby deer at his home. John loved spending time with his grandchildren.
John always felt that when you have children, you love them and take care of them, no matter the cost. He will be remembered through his love for children. All his family and friends will miss him dearly.
John was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Diana Kay Jones; one son, Jack Glen; one brother, Richard Jones; and one sister, Ruby.
John is survived by his wife, Kay, of the home; one son, John W. Jones and wife Joyce, of Kellyville; two stepsons, Buddy Sherwood, of Sapulpa, and Doug Sherwood and his wife Penny, of Kellyville; four stepdaughters, Jackie Sherwood, of Kerrville, Texas, Kathy Jewett, of Missouri, Jeanette Behrends and her husband Robin, of Fredricksburg, Texas, and Amy Sherwood of Kerrville, Texas; three brothers, Stub Jones, of Stroud, Jim Jones, of Washington, and George Jones, of Eufaula; three sisters, May McGuire, of Sapulpa, Lou Ella Jones, of Kellyville, and Patti Sue Jones, of Oklahoma City; three grandchildren, Michael W. Jones, of Tulsa, Diana L. Sims, of Beggs, and Will L. Jones, of Tulsa; and numerous step grandchildren, great-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 22, 2003 at the Sunrise Baptist Church near Kellyville. The Rev. Millard "Preach" McGuire will officiate with interment at the Sunrise Cemetery.
Services are under the direction of Hutchins-Maples Funeral Home in Bristow.

Shirley Ann Jones
Shirley Ann Jones, 71, of Sapulpa, died Tuesday, March 23, 2004. She was born September 15, 1932 in Rossford, Ohio to Walter and Grace Williams.
She moved to Sapulpa at the age of 6 and spent the rest of her life here. She retired from Homeland Grocery Stores. Shirley was preceded in death by her father, Walter Edward Williams, and her mother, Zella Grace Duckert.
Servivors are her two sons, Dan Jones and his wife, Carol, and David Jones and his wife, Donna; one daughter, Detra Taylor, and her husband, Keith; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren, and one anut Nonna Woolbert.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 27, 2004 in the Smith Funeral Home Chapel.

JONES -- William Edgar, Jr., M.D., born to Dr. W.E. Jones and Madeline Miller Jones in Morrilton, AR, January 3, 1918, passed away November 26, 2004. He graduated from Seminole High School in 1935, earned his B.S. from OU in 1939 and his M.D. from The University of Arkansas in 1943. He then served as a Lieutenant in the Navy from 1944-45. Dr. Jones practiced medicine in Bristow, OK until he retired in January of 1983.
