DELLA MAE JOHNSON-SCONIERS, born 1903, died 1984, daughter of Lydia Amnah Strain, daughter of Robert Milton Strain, son of George Douglas Strain, son of Robert Fulton Strain. Della Mae Johnson married Schley Sconiers, born in 1901, died in 1981.

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF DELLA MAE SCONIERS

I, Della Mae Sconiers, of Sapulpa, Creek County, Oklahome, being now in good health and strength of body and mind, but sensible of the uncertainty of this life, and desiring to make disposition of my worldly affairs while in health and strength, do hereby make, publish, and declare the following to be my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, hereby revoking all, and any, former wills by me at any time made.

I assert and state that I am the unmarried widow of the late Schley Sconiers, deceased; that neither of us were ever previously married and that of our marriage no child or children were born.

I designate and appoint as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament Waneta Engleman, Bartlesville, Oklahoma and direct that, reposing special confidence and trust in her, she serve without bond.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, Della Mae Sconiers have to this my Last Will and Testament, consisting of three (3) sheets of paper subscribed my name on this the (21st) day of September, 1981, at Sapulpa, Creek County, Oklahoma.

On this (21) day of September, 1978, we, the undersigned, each being a resident of Creek County, Oklahoma, and at the request of Della Mae Sconiers, jointly and severally made, do subscribe our names at attesting witnesses and do respectively declare that the said Della Mae Sconiers, severally declared to us that the above and foregoing writing was her Last Will and Testament; and we further respectively declare that the said Della Mae Sconiers subscribed her name to the foregoing writing in the presence of each of us.
