"COXS CELEBRATE 50TH ANNIVERSARY"

Fred and Lois Cox of Rural Mannford, celebrated thei 50th Wedding anniversary, July 23, between two and four in the afternoon at the Mannford Community Center.

The event was attended by many famly and friends, and there were refreshments for all.

Fred and Lois have three children, nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.

The Coxs have lived in the Mannford area for the last 10 years.

Fred is retired from the Auto Convoy Co. in Tulsa and Lois from the S & H Green Stamp Redemption Center in Tulsa.

Fred is an avid coon-hunter and Lois makes quilts. Together they camp, fish, travel and enjoy talking.

"COX CELEBRATE 50TH ANNIVERSARY"

Mr. and Mrs. Fred C. Cox, Mannford, will celebrate their 50th Wedding Anniversary on Sunday, July 24. Their children will host a reception from 2 until 5 in the afternoon at the Mannford Community Center.

Lois Duncan and Fred Cox were married July 23, 1938, in Jay, Okla.

Mr. Cox was employed as Assistant Manager and supervisor of the Auto Convoy Co. until his retirement.

Mrs. Cox was employed with the S. & H. Redemption Center in Tulsa.

The celebrant's children are: Cecil R. Cox, Sand Springs, Mrs. Rick (Freda) Stone, Hope, Arkansas, and Donald G. Cox, Oklahoma City.

There are nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.
