"THORSON-LOWE EXCHANGE VOWS"

Diana Sue Thorson, of Kremmling, Colorado, and David Brent Lowe, of Drumright, Oklahoma, exchanged Wedding vows in a double ring ceremony December 23, 1985 at the Church of Christ, Kremmling, Colorado at 2:00 p.m. with Ron Babbitt officiating.

The Bride was given in marriage by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Thorson, of Kremmling, Colorado.

The Groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Hobert Lowe, of Drumright, Oklahoma.

The selection of songs consisted of A Common Love, The Wedding Song, Wedding Processional, and The Lord Bless You & Keep You.

The Bride wore a floor length Victorian style dress with lace sleeves and neckline. The dress had a long train with 8 inches of lace around the bottom of the dress and train. She wore a fingertip length veil with a tiara headpiece. She wore pearls borrowed from her mother in law, and carried her mother's white Bible with pink sweetheart roses and white ribbons on it.

Serving as Best Man was Brian Simmons of Phoenix, Arizona.

Serving as Maid of Honor was Miss Linda Thorson, sister of the Bride also of Kremmling, Colorado. She wore a pink floor length Victorian style dress, made of satin type dotted fabric. She carried 2 blue miniature carnations and one pink miniature carnation.

Serving as Bridesmaids were Miss Laura Thorson, and Miss Ronda Thorson, of Kremmling, Colorado, both sisters of the Bride. They both wore light blue floor length Victorian style dresses made of a satin type dotted fabric. They each carried 2 pink and one blue miniature carnations.

Serving as flower girl was Miss Kortney Trostel of Kremmling, Colorado. She wore a pink Victorian style floor length dress made of a dotted Swiss fabric. She carried a white basket of petals with a pink carnation for decoration and a pink carnation barrette in her hair.

Serving as Ring Bearer was Tyler Babbitt of Chickasha, Oklahoma.

Serving as Ushers were Mr. Terry Lowe of Drumright, Oklahoma, and Mr. Paul Watkins of Cushing, Oklahoma.

Candlelighters were Mrs. Berniece Thorson of Kremmling, Colorado - she wore a blue long-sleeved street length dress and Mrs. Joan Lowe of Drumright, Oklahoma - she wore a turquoise long-sleeved street length dress. Both had corsages of sweetheart roses.

A reception following the ceremony was held in the basement of the church. The tables were decorated with white lace tablecloths and white candles on either side of the cake. There was also a Bride's and Groom's cake.

Serving were: Charlene Ashley, Roberta Miller, Linda Fitzgerald, and Geraldine South.

A wedding trip to Colorado Springs, Colorado followed the ceremony. The Bride's traveling attire was a grey street length dress with black shoes.

The Bride attended West Grand High School in Kremmling, Colorado and Oklahoma Christian College in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was a member of Alpha Chi at OCC.

The Groom attended Olive High School in Olive, Oklahoma, where he was active in FFA. He attended Oklahoma Christian College in Oklahoma City and was also a member of Alpha Chi.

The couple will reside in Edmond, Oklahoma, where the Groom is employed by the United Parcel Service.
