Strain of Washington County, Arkansas, has deposited in the General Land Office of the United States, a Certificate of the Register of the Land Office at Fayetteville, Arkansas, whereby it appears that full payment has been made by the said George D. Strain . . . for the Southeast quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 33 in Township 16 of Range 29 West in the district of lands subject to sale at Fayetteville, Arkansas, containing 40 acres.
