VAN DYKE, Margaret -- Margaret Mary (Frauenfelder) Van Dyke, of Wyoming, passed away Monday, Nov. 14, 2005 in Glenpool.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 21, 2005 from Cook Memorial Chapel, 4235 Prairie Street SW, Grandville, Wy.

(VANARSDEL)-CRAIN, Brenda Joyce, 53, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 9, 2001. Born December 28, 1947 in Claremore, OK, the daughter of J. W. "Jack" and Lena Agnes (Godsey) Van Arsdel. Married Cecil Lee Crain on September 30, 1966. They made their home in Jenks where they were Co-Owners of Crain-Wilson Inc. Mini-Storage. She was a devoted wife and mother who always had a positive outlook on life. Survivors: husband of 34 years, Cecil; daughter, Kelli Leann Crain Stewart and her husband, Samuel Reed Stewart of Jenks; son, Brian Keith Crain and his wife, Lisa Ann of Jenks; sisters, Ruby Petty of Tulsa and Barbara Ann Van Arsdel of Jenks. Service Wedensday, June 13, at 10:30 a.m. in the Jenks Regular Baptist Church with interment in Bixby Cemetery. Memorials: Jenks Regular Baptist Church. Funeral services for Charley L. Vanarsdel, 53, of Jenks were held at 11 a.m. on Friday at Jenks Regular Baptist Church. Interment was held at Floral Haven Cemetery. ,P. Mr. Vanarsdel is survived by: three daughters, Sharon Ross of Tulsa, Karen Sue Vanarsdel of Ft. Worth, TX, and Margaret Kerr of Stevensville, MT; two sons, Michael of Arlington, TX; and Joe of Tulsa; two brothers, William H. of Jenks and LeRoy of Kiefer; four sisters, Juanita Dale of Catoosa, Madge Bell of Bixby, Etta May Cash of Jenks and Opal Bell of Jenks; and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mrs. Vernie Bolton Vanarsdel were held April 8 with burial at Floral Haven. Rev. Troy Hayes had charge of the service. She died in a Tulsa hospital April 6, at the age of 74.
Mrs. Vanarsdel was born June 24, 1894, in Mulberry, Ark. She was the daughter of Riley and Relda Bolton.
She married the late William R. Vanarsdel in 1911.
She is survived by five sons, Joe and LeRoy of Keifer, Robert and Charley of Tulsa and William H. of Jenks; four daughters, Madge Bell of Keifer, Opal Bell, Juanita Dale, Eddie Mae Cash, all of Jenks; two brothers, Elder Preston Bolton of Keifer and Lonnie Bolton of Bixby; two sisters, Hettie Pearson of Tulsa and Rachel Clark of Jenks; 33 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Vanarsdel was a member of the New Bethel Regular Baptist church of Jenks.
VANCE, Edna -- Edna Vance, 87, of Bixby, died April 23, 2005 in Tulsa. She was born Jan. 29, 1918.
Funeral services are pending with Green Hill Funeral Home.
The family has entrusted the care of the services to the directors at Green Hill Funeral Home.

JENKS - Ronald F. "Ronnie" Vaughan, 62, retired post master, died Saturday. Visitation 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Fitzgerald's Southwood Colonial Funeral Home, and services 2 p.m. Wednesday, Church of Christ.
Jenks -- Ronald "Ronnie" F. Vaughan, retired Sapulpa postmaster, died Saturday. He was 62.
Funeral services are set for 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Church of Christ in Sapulpa. Visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Fitzgerald's Southwood Colonial Funeral Home.
Vaughan was born in Morris where he graduated from high school in 1959. He moved to San Jose, Calif., where he worked for the U.S. Postal Service as a letter carrier for 4 1/2 years. In 1964, he returned to Oklahoma and began to work for the Tulsa Post Office as a letter carrier and within a year was promoted to supervisor. He then became manager of delivery and collection over northeastern Oklahoma.
In the late 1970's, he became postmaster at Jenks. He later moved back to Tulsa before relocating to Sapulpa where he retired in 1991 as postmaster.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara of the home; three sons, Robert Vaughan of Broken Arrow, and Scott Vaughan and Eric Vaughan, both of Jenks; and one brother, Deloy, of Sperry.
VAUGHAN, Ronald F. "Ronnie," age 62, died Saturday, August 11, 2001, in Jenks. He was a native of Morris, OK and retired Postmaster in Sapulpa, OK and the Owner of Northside Tastee Freeze. Ronnie is survived by: his wife, Barbara of the home, sons and daughters-in-law, Robert Vaughan of Broken Arrow, Scott and Karmen Vaughan of Jenks, Eric and Maureen Vaughan of Jenks; brother, Deloy Vaughan of Sperry; and grandchildren, Stephen, Kristin, Taylor, Jordan, and Skylar Vaughan. Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday. Service will be held 2 p.m., Wednesday at the Lee and Walnut Church of Christ in Sapulpa with interment to follow in Morris Cemetery. Miss Eloise Vaughn, 53, died Monday morning in a Tulsa hospital after a short illness. Funeral services were 10:30 a.m. at the Airview Tabernacle Assembly of God church where she had been active several years. Burial was at Memorial Park.
Miss Vaughn, known as Tommy, was born in Antlers and has been a Jenks resident since moving here in 1921. She was the last surviving member of the first quartette known as the "Assembly Quartette," later as the first "Steely Quartette." She was employed as bookkeeper for Thomas Nursery and Landscape Co. of Tulsa, and had worked for the Holmes Chevrolet Co. in Jenks.
She made her home with Mrs. A. Steely and Miss Uneva Steely at 1106 W. Main. Survivors are a sister, Madeline Yager, Cambridge City, Inc. (?)and a brother Frank J. Vaughn of Springfield, Mo., one nephew and four nieces.
BIXBY -- Roberta Jeanne Vaughn, 85, retired Sears secretary, died March 19. Services were held March 24. Floral Haven, Broken Arrow.

BIXBY -- Ortha Venable, 86, retired from Clarksville Shoe Factory, died Monday. Visitation 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Leonard & Marker Funeral Home, and service 2 p.m. Wednesday, Shellenbarger Free Will Baptist Church.
Funeral services for Mrs. Thelma Vivian Verde, 84, were held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, at St. Pius Catholic Church in Beaumont, Texas.
Interment was in Forrest Lawn Cemetery in Beaumont.
Mrs. Verde died on Tuesday, Oct. 13, 1998 in Tulsa. She was born on Jan. 21, 1914, in Saratoga, Texas.
Mrs. Verde was a longtime hairstylist in Texas and had moved to Bixby to be near her daughter, Mrs. Sylvia Walker, at the time of her death.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Peter Joseph and Mary Ann Verde, Frisco, Texas; one daughter and son-in-law, Sylvia Ann and Dale Walker of Bixby; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Local arrangements were handled by Jenks Funeral Home.
BIXBY -- Michael Eugenio Villanueva, 34, electrician, died Wednesday. Visitation 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. Saturday and 1-5 p.m. Sunday, both at Bixby Funeral Service; rosary 7 p.m. Sunday and funeral Mass 2 p.m. Monday, both at St. Clement Catholic Church.
GROVE -- a 16-year-old Bixby High School student was killed Sunday when he was struck by a boat on Grand Lake near the Woodland Shores area, a Grand River Dam Authority Lake Patrol officer said.
Matthew Villucci died en route to St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa after he was struck on the head by a boat propeller about 5:20 p.m. Villucci was a passenger on a Yamaha Waverunner that was driven by a teenage friend, Officer Nathan Vaughn said.
Villucci fell into the water as the Waverunner passed within 20 feet of the front of the 23-foot boat, which was driven by 50-year-old Michael Freeman, authorities said. Villucci was swept under the boat and struck by the prop, Vaughn said.
Two Waverunners had been running alongside the boat before the accident occurred, he said. More than 15 peole from the Tulsa-Bixby area were boating with Villucci and Freeman on Sunday, he said.
VILLUCCI -- Matthew Steven, 16, of Bixby, died Sunday, August 11, 2002. Born July 16, 1986 at Warwick, RI, the youngest of 3 children. Matthew was involved in many different activities. He played freshman football as their Place Kicker and Defensive End, swam on the varsity swim team, played varsity soccer his freshman year, participated in Honors classes, was a member of the Safeteam, was a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor at the Bixby pool. Matt had a passion for music and played the guitar. He loved life and the Lord. He cherished his family and friends and adored "The Rat Pack." Matt is survived by: his parents, Robert Steven and Stacy LeaAnn; brother, Michael Anthony; sister, Amanda Marie, all of the home; grandparents, Robert and Shirley Watson, Hutchinson, KS, Frank Villucci, Warwick, RI, Barbara and Paul O'Brien, Lantana, FL; a great-grandmother, Grace Chirone, Johnston, RI; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. GLENPOOL -- Floyd Vowell, 84, retired from Warren Petroleum, died Monday. Services pending. Moore's Rosewood, Tulsa.
Funeral services were held for Robert "Bob" Wayne Vreeland, 64, at 2 p.m. on Monday Oct. 2, 2000 at Jenks First Baptist Church.
Both the funeral service and interment at Memorial Park Cemetery were under the direction of Ninde Funeral Directors, Jenks Chapel.
Vreeland was born March 28, 1936 in Tulsa to Frank and Genevieve (Merrit) Vreeland and died Thursday, Sept. 28.
He was a longtime home-builder and resident of Jenks. He also waas a member of the Jenks First Baptist Church.
Vreeland is survived by his wife, Barbara, of the home; two sons, Travis of the home, and Vic and his wife Pam Vreeland; step-daughter Robbin and her husband Barry Watson of Mounds; sisters Freda and her husband Carl Ishmael of Sapulpa, Nadine and her husband Carl Walker of Phoenix, Ariz., and Margie Godbold of Mannford; brother Frank Vreeland, Jr. and his wife Gerri of Claremore.
