This week we conclude the Texas Board of Pharmacy list of “licentiates by examination and old District Certificates sent in for validation” found on page 65 of the OFFICIAL PROCEEDINGS OF THE THIRTY-SIXTH ANNUAL CONVENTION OF THE TEXAS PHARMCEUTICAL ASSOCIATION, HELD IN HOUSTON, TEXAS, JUNE 15, 16, 17, 1915. The volume was published in Dallas by the Johnston Printing & Adv. Co. (sic), probably in 1915. (Surnames are capitalized for emphasis.)
All of the individuals below were residents of Texas unless otherwise noted.

Ellie C. SCHAEFER, Herman DREISS, and Mrs. W. C. HENDERSON, members of the Committee on Necrology, made a report, which is reproduced on pages 69-72 of the volume. They furnished information about several deceased individuals, including the following:
“Mrs. Carrie LEWYN, aged 46 years, the wife of I. LEWYN, a well-known druggist of Houston, died at her home, 609 Elgin Avenue, Wednesday, June 16, after an illness of about two months. She is survived by her husband; one daughter, Miss Helena; one son, Louis; two sisters, MRS. W. M. LASKI of Dallas and Mrs. SHIFF of Cincinnati; and one brother, Adolph IEREMIAS of Germany.
The funeral was held from the residence, Thursday morning, at 9:30 o’clock wit Rabbi Henry BARNSTEIN officiating, and interment was made in Beth Israel Cemetery. The following acted as pallbearers:
