Page 41 – Howard L. BAER, Thomas M. HIESTER, and Clarence N. LAMM, three of the subscribers to the Certificate of Incorporation, acknowledged the document. Adam G. LERCH, Notary Public, placed his seal on it on 26 November 1923. At the same time, Nathaniel M. REIFSNYDER swore the application was true and that all the subscribers were citizens of Berks County, PA.
Pages 43-44 – Upon the motion of Leonard G. YODER, Esq., Attorney for the Petitioners, Judge Samuel E. BERTOLET ordered and decreed that the Charter be approved on 24 January 1924.
