Due to the popularity of the first two volumes of CZECHS IN UNIFORM, the Texas Czech Genealogical Society (TCGS) is gathering data for a third volume. Three military scrapbooks and additional material have already been collected for the forthcoming volume. If you have not already sent in your family data, do not miss this opportunity to do so. Multiple entries may be submitted. You do not have to be a member of TCGS to participate. Information may concern any person of Czech or partly Czech ancestry who has served or who is currently serving in the military forces of the United States, the Czech Republic, or the former lands of Czechoslovakia. Service may be in peacetime or during war. Please include as much data about the individual as possible.
Photographs of veterans will also be welcomed. If a military picture is not available, a non-uniformed photo may be used. Deadline for submitting material is 25 September 2010.
