Birth circa 1776  Andrew Magee was born circa 1776 at Lancaster County, PA.1,2 
Marriage   He married Rachel Cochran, daughter of Alexander Cochran and Agnes "Nancy" ?.1 
Death 1858  Andrew Magee died in 1858 at Clarion County, PA.2 
Burial 1858  He was buried in 1858 at Licking Presbyterian Cemetery, Monroe Township, Clarion County, PA.2 
Note   There was a John Magee (1784-1884) who lived in Clarion County and was a member of the same church attended by Andrew and Rachel. According to The Magee Family, he was the son of Daniel Magee (c1745-1810) and Catherine Kyzer. There was likely a relationship between the two families.3 
Fact 1   According to the article about their son John, Andrew and Rachel were living in Lewiston, PA in 1797 when John was born. They moved to Black Lick township, Indiana County, in 1818. Six years later they left Indiana County for Clarion County. I cannot find a Lewiston in Pennsylvania, but there is a Lewistown in Mifflin County and the Cochrans are from there, so I assume that's the one.. 
Census 1800  Andrew Magee appeared on the census of 1800 at Huntington County, PA, as follows: 20200-00100. Not sure this is our Andrew, but Huntington Co adjoins Mifflin Co, and Andrew's son John was supposedly born in Lewistown, which is in Mifflin Co, in 1797.4 
Census 1820  Andrew Magee appeared on the census of 1820 at Black Lick Twp, Indiana County, PA, as follows: 011001-12101.5 
Census 1830  Andrew Magee appeared on the census of 1830 at Toby Twp, Armstrong County, PA, as follows: 00000101-10021001.6 
Census 1840  Andrew Magee appeared on the census of 1840 at Toby Twp, Armstrong County, PA, as follows: 110000101-111001001
Clarion County was created in 1830 from part of Armstrong Co and part of Venengo Co. Evidently the administrative break did not happen in time for the census. The census document clearly says "Armstrong County."7 
Fact 1 1 November 1847  On 1 November 1847, Andrew Magee and Rachel his wife of Toby Township, Clarion County, deeded to "Rachel Scott, late Rachel Magee, daughter of the parties of the first part, intermarried with Ira Scott," 85 acres of land. The deed was witnessed by George Means, Elizabeth Magee and Eliza Jane Magee.8
