I, Moses Kanarr, of 2nd Ward Indiana, County of Indiana and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, in manner and form following, hereby revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me. First. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses by fully paid and satisfied, as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. Second. I direct that Miss E.C. (Kate) Kunkle (my housekeeper) shall have my house and lot in Indiana, Pa, together with any or all of its furnishings for and during her life provided she remains with me until my decease. Third. William Hutton's obituary: William B. Hutton died at his home on South Main street Tuesday morning, June 29th. Mr. Hutton was born in Pike on Dec. 14, 1843, the son of Jonathan and Harriet Watrous Hutton. He was a veteran of the Civil War and was a member of Co. F 5th NY Cavalry. He served three years and one month and fought at the battle of Gettysburg and at Hanover. He was a member of Gibbs Post, G.A.R. and the Methodist church of which he was treasurer for several years. On September 13, 1866 he married Emma Relyea who died July 19, 1890. In 1891 he married Emma Curry Cole who survives him, also two sons, by his first wife, Harry R. Hutton of Chicago, Ill, and Merton E. Hutton of Mt. Morrison, Colo, three grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Emma Sowerby of Perry.
The funeral will be held this (Thursday) afternoon at the home at two o'clock with the Rev. William Sadler officiating. He will be buried in Perry..1 |
