William Langill to Frederick Langill
Registered 31st March 1845 at 8 o'clock p.m. on the oath of James Purves, J.P.

Know all men by these presents that I, William Langill, of River John, in the County of Pictou, yeomen, have demised and leased unto Frederick Langill of the same place the dwelling house in which the said Frederick Langill now resides with the land on which the same stands situate on the west side of the road leading up the west side of the said river with the privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging for and during the term of the natural life of the said Frederick Langill. Fielding and paying therefore each and every year during the said term the sum of one shilling.

Witness my hand and seal, the twenty-eighth day of March A.D., 1845 in the presence of:

William Langill

I hereby certify that on this 31st day of March A.D., 1845, Daniel Dickson one of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing Instrument who made oath the same was duly executed in his presence, by William Langill, the party thereto.
