Obituary*11 September 2005 Services for Frances 'Bootsie' Peterman Culpepper will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, September 13, 2005, in Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church with Rev. Dan O'Connor officiating. Interment will be in Greenwood Memorial Park, Pineville under the direction of John Kramer & Son.
     Frances Peterman Culpepper, 73, of Alexandria, died Saturday, September 10, 2005, in her residence.
     Mrs. Culpepper was a member of Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church, a Eucharist Minister, and a member of the Altar Society. She attended Providence Academy, was a graduate of Bolton High School and attended LSU. Bootsie was a member of the Christus St. Frances Cabrini Hospital Auxiliary, a board member of Fotaz, a member of the Green Thumb Garden Club, Alexandria Junior League and a charter member of the Dominettes.
     She was preceded in death by her parents, Judge Frank H. Peterman and Julia O'Shee Peterman.
     Frances Culpepper is survived by her husband Dr. Robert C. Culpepper of Alexandria; two sons, Edward S. 'Ned' Voelker III of Alexandria and Peter Voelker of Alexandria; two daughters, Katherine 'Kate' V. Thomas of Alexandria and Evelyn V. Jones of Alexandria; two sisters, Louise Prosser of Baton Rouge and Julia Burden of Alexandria; four step-sons, Robert A. Culpepper of Nacogdoches, Texas, David H. Culpepper of Jackson, Mississippi, Paul M. Culpepper of Lafayette and Richard N. Culpepper of Baton Rouge; 21 grandchildren.
     Friends are asked to call from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday and from 8:30 until 9:30 Tuesday at John Kramer & Son. A Christian Wake service will be held at 7 p.m. Monday in the funeral home. Pallbearers will be: Robert Culpepper, David Culpepper, Paul Culpepper, Richard Culpepper, Ned Voelker, Peter Voelker, David Voelker, Lafe Jones and Ben Thomas. Memorials may be made to: Fotaz, P.O. Box 6015, Alexandria, LA 71307-6015 or St. Jude Childrens Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 300, Memphis, Tennessee 38148.1 
Burial*13 September 2005 Her body was interred on 13 September 2005 at Greenwood Memorial Park, Alexandria, Rapides Parish, Louisiana.1
