He was a member of Mount Hermon Masonic Lodge Post 304 F&AM. Survivors include his wife, Mary; a son, Charles B. Culpepper Jr. of Columbus; a daughter, Diane C. Kingston of Marietta, Ga; two brothers, Shelby Culpepper of Columbus and Robert Culpepper of St. Petersburg, Fla; and two grandchildren."5

Born December 17, 1939 in Staten Island, NY, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Eleanor Dennis. She moved to Tampa, Florida in 1951 and graduated from Hillsborough High School in Tampa, Florida in 1956. She loved to travel especially to England and enjoyed foreign travel and cruising. A born again Christian and a woman of strong faith who shared God's Salvation with others, she will be greatly missed by her beloved family and friends.
     A dedicated mother and grandmother and loving wife, she leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 51 years, Joe Culpepper; son, Tom Culpepper and wife Cheryl; daughter, Becky Kelly and husband John; sister, Nancy Casazza; grandchildren, Ryan, Brandon, Blake, Sara and Erin.
     In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Kerrin Culpepper, in 1982.
     A Memorial service will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 2, 2010 in the Chapel of Raymer Funeral Home with Jim Culpepper officiating. The family will receive friends 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Arrangements by Raymer Funeral Home, Huntersville, NC.2
