Survivors include daughter; Vivian Culpepper Estabrook of Sylva, N.C; special friend; Jeannie Hutchinson of Martinez, two brothers; Lee Ashley Johnson of Moultrie and Nick Johnson of Kissimmee, Fla; two sisters; Juanita Davis of Valdosta, and the late Margaret Johnson Ellerd, two grandchildren; Michael Bard Estabrook of Lancaster, Penn; and Kerry Anne Cofield of Bridgewater, Va.
