Reunion* | 14 April 2007 | Sneed/Sharp/Senn Family Reunion
Our first Sneed-Sharp-Senn Reunion will be on Saturday, April 14th, 2007, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the old Winona school cafeteria, Winona, Texas (just north of Tyler). This old school has been renovated for meetings, reunions, etc.
This will be a “pot luck” for lunch. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc. We plan to keep the lunch simple, i.e. paper plates, bought chicken, etc. So whatever you’d like to bring will be great!
The old Winona school's address is: 615 Dallas Street (FM 16), Winona, Texas. It is just off Hwy 155 going from Tyler, Texas, on the way to Big Sandy, Texas.
At THE caution light in Winona (FM16 or Dallas Street) turn west and go about .4 of a mile. The old school is on the left about 100 yards from the highway. You should be able to spot the parking area.
Since John Rogers Sneed (our great-grandfather) was a school teacher, this seems somehow very appropriate.
We hope to see you there! It should be a wonderful time for all of us, so please come.
