     Paula W. Culpepper, nee Kleine, 91, of Collinsville, Ill., born Sept. 2, 1912, in Bendorf, Germany, died at 1:50 p.m. Saturday, April 24, 2004, at Elmwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Maryville, Ill. Mrs. Culpepper was a packer for Swift Packing House, East St. Louis, Ill. She was a member of Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Collinsville, Ill; the Altar Society; the Rosary Society; and the Collinsville Senior Citizens.
     She was preceded in death by her husband, Nolan Culpepper, who died Dec. 7, 1973; her parents, Anton and Julia, nee Schloemer, Kleine; and two brothers. Surviving are a daughter, Judy (Walt) Unger of Maryville, Ill; three grandchildren, Connie Crome, Janet Sass and Susan Byer; and six great-grandchildren.
     Memorials may be made in the form of Masses or to Ss. Peter and Paul School, Collinsville, Ill. Visitation: Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 27, 2004, at Herbert A. Kassly Funeral Home, Collinsville, Ill. A prayer service will be held at 5 p.m. Tuesday, April 27, at the funeral home.
     Funeral: Funeral procession will leave at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 28, 2004, from Herbert A. Kassly Funeral Home, Collinsville, Ill., for a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian burial at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Collinsville, Ill., with the Rev. John Beveridge officiating. Burial will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery, Belleville, Ill.1

     She was born in Waycross and lived in Glynn County since 1935. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Brunswick and a Sunday school teacher in the Children's Department for 24 years.
     SURVIVORS: her husband, Frank David Culpepper Sr. of Brunswick; a son, Frank David Culpepper Jr. of Brunswick; two sisters, Virginia Bennett and Pauline Groover, both of Waycross; three brothers, John Bennett, Northern Bennett and Loy Bennett, all of Waycross; two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
     FUNERAL: 11 a.m. today at First Baptist Church of Brunswick, burial in Glynn Rose Cemetery, Brunswick.
     REMEMBRANCES: First Baptist Church of Brunswick.2
