Ms. Culpepper is survived by her son, Wesley Culpepper, Winter Haven; brother, Jack Brooks, Winter Haven; two grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at Crisp-Coon Funeral Chapel, Winter Haven. Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.1
