     Mrs. Culpepper was born in Humphries County. She was the daughter of Owen Reynolds and Elizabeth Savelle. She was educated at Coxburg high School. She was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by Willie Raymon Dickard, Ronnie Rickard and Morris Culpepper.
     Survivors include: sons, Robert Dickard of Lexington and Ricky Culpepper of Dallas, Texa; daughters Lynda Irby of Lexington, Diane Thweatt of Goodman and Beth Stillinger of Chapin, SC; brothers, Bob Reynolds of Bay St. Louis and W H (Pee Wee) Reynolds of Picayune; sister, Frances Manor of Benton; 12 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.1 
Burial*19 September 2001 Her body was interred on 19 September 2001 at Sallis Cemetery, Sallis, Attala Co., Mississippi.1,2
