Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Greater Mount Tabor Baptist Church. Burial will be in Skyvue Memorial Gardens. There will be a wake from 7 to 8 tonight at Gregory W. Spencer Funeral Directors. James was born in Lubbock and moved to Fort Worth in 1975. Survivors, all of Fort Worth: Parents, James and Mary Culpepper Sr; brother, James Robert Culpepper; and two sisters, Sherry Culpepper and Deborah Culpepper.2
