He married Mary Evi Corley, daughter of Howard Rodgers Corley and Mary Magdalene McGuinty. They married in 1965 in Montgomery, Mongtomery County, Alabama. They had two children from that union: my eldest brother William Donald Sandley, Jr and myself April Dawn Sandley.1
