6th May 1899 for �75 This was for the morgage of land in Tamlaght, Co Tyrone with the Cookstown loan Company, when William Greer purchased land from Mr James Glasgow. The documents were registered in the Registry of Deeds in Dublin at 11.58am on 11th May 1889 (?1899??), Book 42 No 220. The land consisted of 18 acres, one rood and 11 perches (1 rood:40 perches), held under possion by James Glasgow. The lease was from the Right Honerable the Earl of Castlestuart of a yearly rent of �10 2 schillings in the Parish of Kildress, Barony of Dungannon Upper.
