Davis		1700s	I: 263 "Llanvetherine Court, of which I have found no ancient record, belonged in the eighteenth century to a family named Davis, who also owned Old Court in Llangattock Lingoed." [The only Davies referred to under Old Court bought the property in 1816.]

Watkins	William	1769	I: 375 In his will dated 4 June 1769, proved 9 April 1770, Thomas Richards [Llanelen] left to his wife, among other things, "£17 1^sthe remainder of a debt from The Rev. M^r William Watkins for serving the curacies of Llanfihangel Crucorney and Llangattock Lingoed." His wife's will dated 2 Feb. 1773, proved 25 Mar. 1773, refers to the debt of £17 still unpaid.
