Howard and Mary Gosnell came to visit my husband (Dwayne Gosnell) 05-30-2004. Howard is 85 and Mary is 80 years old. They drove down from Asheville to visit Howard's brother Harley Gosnell in Hickory
and then came to Newton NC. Howard talked about being in the CC Camp in Newton, NC.

As far as I can tell from Howard's talk the CC camp was located near the old hospital in Newton. He said
they walked to town to go see a movie. The CC camp in Newton was during 1935.
Howard and Mary are very lively and active at their age. They talked about mowing grass at the mobile home park they own in Asheville and Mary still works 10 hrs per day at Mills Manufactering (parachute plant).
Howard married Mary HENSLEY.
