The record whows Mäns and wife Karin with their four children, Ingre, Ingeborg, Pehr and Maria.² He married Cattarina Ericksdotter on 11 June 1764 at Väse Parish, Värmland County, Sweden.³ Måns Pehrsson and Cattarina Ericksdotter appeared on the church records of Mällby, Väse Parish, Värmland County, between 1766 and 1769. The report shows dau Maria moving to Backa and step daughter Maria also leaving home. It appears that daughter Ingeborg has returned home (although her birth date is changed to 1747) with a child.⁴ Måns died circa 1773 at Mällby, Väse Parish, Värmland County, Sweden.⁵

     Cathrina Persdotter was baptized on 26 April 1750 at Ransäter Parish, Värmland County, Sweden.³ She married Nils Tollman.⁴ Cathrina Persdotter and Nils Tollman appeared on the church records of Skavåsen, Ransäter Parish, Värmland County, Sweden, between 1776 and 1782. Cathrina with her soldier husband were living with her parents. Two girls are born during the period before the family moves.⁵ She married Olof Wistman on 16 October 1783 at Östra Ämtervik Parish, Värmland County, Sweden. Olof was from Wisteberg while Cathrina was from Skavåsen, Ransäter Parish.⁶ Cathrina Persdotter died on 21 August 1805 at Östra Ämtervik Parish, Värmland County, Sweden, at age 55 She is described in death notice as the poor wife. She had an infection of the upper leg which caused her death. She was 55 years old.⁷ She was buried on 25 August 1805 at Östra Ämtervik, Varmland.⁸

Living with them were their 6 children and Lars parents. Mother Kerstin dies in 1799.⁴ Lars Pettersson appeared on the church records of Säfsjön, Nysund Parish, Värmland County, Sweden, between 1803 and 1808. Son Eric is born in 1803 and son Petter leaves home in 1804.⁵ Lars died on 19 March 1814 at Säfsjön, at age 52. The death record says he was age 53, which is incorrect..⁶

     Magnus Pärsson was born on 1 June 1787 at Göranstorp, Väse Parish, Värmland County, Sweden.² In 1803 he left home and worked as a farm hand on farms in Väse named Slättåsen, Gilrmyra and Hammar. He married Marja Magnusdotter, daughter of Magnus Svensson and Stina Börjesdotter, on 25 September 1820 at Väse Parish, Värmland County, Sweden. Magnus was living at Hammar and Marja was living at Hammargrinden.³ Magnus Pärsson and Marja Magnusdotter appeared on the church records of Lindås, Väse Parish, Värmland County, Sweden, between 1831 and 1835. Magnus's wife Maria and son Erland both die during the period.^4,5 He married Lisa Svensdotter circa 1836.⁶ Magnus Pärsson and Lisa Svensdotter appeared on the church records of Väse, Värmland, Sweden, between 1838 and 1840.⁷ Magnus Pärsson appeared on the church records of Hoflanda Lervik, Väse Parish, Värmland County, Sweden, between 1856 and 1860. He moved here from Hammar in 1857, apparently to be nearer his son Magnus. He may have been living with Magnus's family.⁸ He died on 7 February 1861 at Lervik, Väse Parish, Värmland County, Sweden, at age 73 years, 8 months and 6 days The register says he died of old age at 73 years, 6 months and 6 days. This differs by two months from known birth.⁹

     Erik was born on 6 February 1706 on a an unknown place at farm called Vä, Väse Parish, Värmland County, Sweden. He married Ingiärd Olofsdotter, daughter of Olof Andersson and Kerstin Jonsdotter, on 13 October 1734 at Väse Parish, Värmland County, Sweden.¹ Erik Ragvaldsson and Ingiärd Olofsdotter appeared on the church records of Söre, Väse Parish, Värmland County, Sweden, between 1750 and 1754. Their seven children are still living with them. In 1753, Lars left home to go work in a northern mine.² Erik Ragvaldsson appeared on the church records of Söre, Väse Parish, Värmland County, between 1759 and 1765. Anders has returned to the home.³ Erik died on 11 November 1763 at Söre, Väse Parish, Värmland County, at age 57. The death record states his father was Ragrald Jonsson and mother Kajsa Andesdotter. He lived at home until age 28. He had 6 sons and 3 daughters. He had been sick the past 10 months. He was 57 years 2 months old..⁴ He was buried on 20 November 1763 at Söre, Väse Parish, Värmland County. He was buried in the churchyard in a common grave.⁵

     He married Gladys Viola Ekstrom, daughter of Anders Magnusson and Emma Gustafson, on 6 June 1930 at Wenona, Marshall County, Illinois.¹

     Catharina Rhvsdotter was born in 1740.¹ She married Olof Nilsson, son of Nils Errsson and Margareta Hallorsdotter, circa 1775.¹ Catharina Rhvsdotter and Olof Nilsson appeared on the church records of Björkhöjden, Bjurtjän Parish, Värmland County, Sweden, between 1775 and 1780.¹

     Catherina Samuelsdotter was born in 1756.¹

     Peter Samuelsson was born in 1757.¹ He married Cattarina Jonsdotter.

     Pers Segolsson was born in 1710.² He married Kain Nielsdotter on 26 November 1730 at Ransäter Parish, Värmland County, Sweden.^1,3 Pers Segolsson and Kain Nielsdotter appeared on the church records of Skavåsen, Ransäter Parish, Värmland County, Sweden, between 1776 and 1782. They may have lived on the farm for some years and stayed on the farm until their deaths. Son Petter and his wife also lived there as did daughter Cathrina with her daughter Maria for a short period of time, probably between marriages.² Pers Segolsson died before 1783 at Skavåsen, Ransäter Parish, Värmland County.²
