      To the Clerk of the County Court of Lauderdale County, Tennessee

 

I, as Administratrix of the Estate of J. A. Lunsford, deceased, do hereby suggest the Insolvency of the Estate of said J. A. Lunsford, deceased.

 

This 26th day of Oct. 1908

Anna Lunsford, Administratrix of J. A. Lunsford, deceased, having duly suggested the Insolvency of the Estate of said J. A. Lunsford, deceased.

 

Therefore I, S. B. Archer, Clerk of the County Court of Lauderdale County, Tenn., do order you Anna Lunsford, Administratrix of J. A. Lunsford deceased, to give notice in the Ripley News and also at the Court-house door, in the town of Ripley, Tennessee, for all persons holding claims against the Estate of said deceased, to come forward and file them with me, as Clerk aforesaid, for a pro rata distribution on or before the 26 day of Jan 1909.

                 I, L. B. Archer Clerk of the County Court of said County, do hereby order you Anna Lunsford, Administratrix of J. A. Lunsford deceased, to file with me in my office as Clerk aforesaid, a true and perfect schedule of the amount of said estate, consisting of the available funds, choses in action and other effects, including the Real Estate, on or before the 26 day of Jan 1909.
