Administration of the Estate
of James H. Lunsford, Deceased
It appears to the satisfaction of
the court that James H. Lunsford has
departed this life intestate and John D. Roberson, having made application for letters
of administration to issue him and the court being satisfied as to his claim,
ordered that he be permitted to qualify whereupon the said John R. Roberson
came into open court with J. B. Carson and B. A. Sinclair for his securities
and entered into bond in the penal sum of one thousand dollars, conditioned and
payable as the law directs which said bond is acknowledged in open court by all
the parties thereby approved by court and ordered to be recorded.
When the said John D. Roberson was
then approved as such administrator and the court ordered that letters of
administration issue to him which was accordingly done.
Insolvent
Estate of J. H. Lunsford
To the Clerk of the County Court of
I, as Administrator of the Estate of
J. H. Lunsford, deceased, do hereby
suggest the Insolvency of the Estate of said W. J. H. Lunsford, deceased.
This 5 day of June 1875.
J. D. Roberson, Administrator of J. H. Lunsford, deceased, having duly
suggested the Insolvency of the Estate of said W. H. Lunsford, deceased.
Therefore, I, Jo H. Wardlaw, Clerk of the County Court of Lauderdale County, Tenn.,
do order you John D. Roberson, Administrator. of J. H. Lunsford, deceased to give notice in the Ripley Weekly News
and also at he Court-house door, in the town of Ripley, Tennessee, for all
persons holding claims against the Estate of said deceased, to come forward and
file them with me, as Clerk aforesaid, for a pro rata distribution on or before
the 10 day of October 1875.
