GEORGE W. LUNSFORD CONSTABLE BOND

Term 1866
We,
George W. Lunsford, William Lunsford, James M. Sanderson, E. S. Wakefield, are
held and firmly bound unto the State of
The
condition of the above obligation is such that where as the above bounden George W. Lunsford was on the 3rd day of March
1866 duly and legally elected Constable of Lauderdale County, State of
Tennessee, by the qualified voters of Civil District No. 10, as appears from
the certificate of Stephen M. Glenn, Coroner of said county.
Then
if the above bounden George W. Lunsford
shall faithfully discharge the duties of his office and make prompt payment to
the proper person of all monies collected or received by him, by virtue of his
office, then this obligation be void.

in open court by all the parties and approved by the court,
