Enterprise - - Mrs. J. G. Keltner Dead - - Mrs. Sophronia Keltner, widow of the
late Green Keltner, died of typhoid fever at Coop's boarding house near
Gibson Wells Monday. Her remains were
brought home and laid to rest at It was while on a visit to one of her daughters near
Gibson Wells that she was taken ill, the day after arriving there. Her children, Mrs.
Alice Thompson of Curve; Mrs. Lillie Weaver, Mrs. Irene Grammer,
and Dr. T. Bun Keltner of Arp; Mrs. Elnora Keltner
of Dyersburg; Mrs. Viola Austin of Alamo, and Mrs. Elvie
Morris of Ashport were by her bed
constantly....Mrs. Keltner had been a widow for six years. She had many friends at the Wells, where
she had been spending summers for several years. [
