There are two fact ors in education:heredity and environment. Heredity shows what you can do and environmentsho ws what you will do. Some of the things that an education should dofor the individual are: T hose with an education should have the abiligyof earning a living. It should leave him intel lectually superior. Itshould give the graduate health. It should give social adjustment. I tshould give an appreciation of the beautiful. And it should givecharacter.
The members of the Girls' Glee Club, with Miss Pauline Rice at the piano, rendered two selecti ons, "Merry Jane" and "Some Where the Fields AreBeaming."
