     George Herbert Barratt was born in April 1881 at Perth, Western Australia, Australia; and his birth was recorded at Perth Registration district.¹ He was the son of James Enoch Pearson Barratt (1845-1904) and Frances Elizabeth Digby (1847-1891).^2,1 He married Alice Judd, daughter of Albert Edward Judd and Elizabeth Hayward, in 1929 at Williams, Western Australia, Australia; and their marriage was recorded at Williams Registration district.³ George Herbert Barratt died on 4 August 1978 at Joondanna, Western Australia, Australia, at age 97.² He was cremated at Karrakatta Cemetery, Perth, Western Australia, Australia.⁴
