She married Woodrow Jennings Kluth, son of Charles Henry Kluth and Emma Hannah Meinke, on 6 July 1935 in Elk Point, Union Co., South Dakota. She and Woodrow Jennings Kluth were divorced in 1955. She married Robert Leahy. She died on 30 March 2007 in Kirkland, Washington, at age 90.
