Jacob was born 1810 in Washington County, Maryland. He died 6 August 1870 in Shelby County, Illinois. He married Sarah on 2 January 1836 at Sharpsburg, Maryland. Sarah was born 25 September 1810 in Washington County, Maryland and died 7 May 1883 in Shelby County, Illinois.
