Conveyance, [William Watts of St. Gennys, gent.,] to John Turner of parish of St Gennys, clerk, and William Penrose of Holferry, other half of property in St Gennys called Flaunders in trust for William Watt and his wife Elizabeth, afterwards for Richard Watts and heirs of his wife Johane Giddy. [Part missing].
