Can find no record that Spicer or Mary Jane ever came to Kanawha Co. Neither are on the 1860 Kanawha Co. Census Records nor on the 1853-1860 Kanawha Co. Death Records. However, at least some of the children were in Kanawha Co. by 1855 when the first marriage took place. These 4 children each listed Spicer and Mary J. as his parents on the Kanawha Co. Marriage Records. There may have been other children.
