The Charleston Daily Gazette
Friday, November 20, 1891
Robert Young, whose serious illness was mentioned in the Gazette, died yesterday morning at 5 O'clock at his residence on lower Kanawha Street. He was about 75 years of age and a respected citizen of the city. He was the father of Peter, Marshall and Robert Young, who survive him, as does his wife. The funeral will occur at 9 O'clock. Interment in the family burial ground on Kanawha Two Mile.
