Mrs. Dinah Ruffner, wife of Col. Joel Ruffner, died at her home near Charleston, Kanawha County, on Sunday last, in the 73rd year of her age. She was an estimable christian lady, who was married to Col. Ruffner in 1827, and was the mother of sixteen children; eleven of whom survive her. She was a native of Shenandoah County, Virginia.
