    "... there is a Confederate Soldier, Sgt. Thomas Richard Hooper, age 28,
    who was killed at the Battle of Franklin, Tennessee on November 30, 1864 and
    sometime after the war was removed from the battlefield by his family and
    reinterred in the old ceity cemetery at Smithville, his home. He is buried in his
    family's lot in the back of this cemetery"
