This indenture made this on the
twenty seventh day of April Eighteen hundred
and twenty seven between John McGee of the
County of Warren and State of Tennessee of the
one part and William M. Robinson of the same
County and State witnesseth that I the said
John McGee have this day bargained and sold
unto the said William M. Robinson all my Right
Full interest and claim unto a certain tract
or parcel of land containing two hundred and
seventeen acres which land Divided from John
McGee deceased unto his heirs which I am one
Situated in the County of Warren and State of Ten-
-nessee in the third district on the East side of
Collins River Beginning at an Elm and Dog-
wood in a conditional line made with Jacob
Weaver thence with said conditional line South
fifteen degrees East sixty five poles to an Elm in
the conditional line at the foot of the Moun-
-tain thence with the meander of mountain
west Twenty poles thence south forty one degrees
west sixty poles thence along the mountains West
one hundred and ten poles to a buckeye then
North One hundred and seven poles to an Elm
on the side of a Mountain the North West
Corner of said McGees preemption thence
North one hundred and thirty poles to a
black oak and Hickory on the sain of said
Mountain thence East one hundred and four-
-teen poles to a hickory in a conditional line
made with Jacob Weaver thence with said
conditional South ten degrees East sixty poles
to a popular thence South Twenty three degrees
East Twenty two poles to an Elm and a Dogwood
thence West one hundred and fifty poles

that I the said McGee have this day in and
for the consideration of one hundred and
seventeen dollars and fifty cents to me in hand
paid bargained sell and convey all my
Right interest and claim unto bounds of land
and do warrant and defend the Right and
Title of said land unto said Robinson his heirs
Executors administrators or assignees forever the
claim or claims of any person or persons whosoever
