It is contrary to the Regulations of the office
to report the condition of cases upon our files
to a party who has not a power of Attor-
ney to prosecute them, -- Messers Smith
& Jones of Nashville Tenn Decree to be the
attorneys in the case of Esther McGee, and
I presume they will give you the desired
information if you apply to them, or I
will do so if youpresent a power of
Attorney from the parties interest.
