under the aAct of July 7 1838. The date
of here marriage must be established
by Record evidence either public or
private. If this cannot be obtained
so the marriage may be proved by
witness but they must know her.
They are enabled to fix the date.
It must be shown that Charles M Forrest is the
Administrator, that he is of the County in which
she died, and the amount of his bond as admins-
trator must be shown. It must also be shown
that the children mentioned are alive.
