White County Tennessee Will Book C, Pages 86-87 Jesse H. Vermillion Dec'd Settlement Report of a settlement with Elizabeth Vermillion administrator of Jesse H. Vermillion Dec'd made under the Acts of Assembly Regulating Insolvent estates. To wit To amount of account of sales: $26.75 To amount net sale of Land by order of the Circuit Court $31.62 � To amount of notes due to the Estate 21.34 out of which the administratrix has realized 2.12 � $60.50 Disbursements By amount allowed of Court for provisions $68.75 By amt expenses of Burial 1.00 By amt to Printer publishing notice 2.00 By N. Oldham Clerks fees 4.25 $75.00 Due adm'r from said Estate $14.50 I find upon making the above settlement - the estate owes to the administratrix the sum of fourteen dollars and fifty cents and there is no assets belonging to said Estate to be distributed, there is however the reversionary interest of Dower in the Decedents Lands to be divided at the death of the widow.
