The ordinary is hereby required to take notice that I do protest against the
proceedings of the Executors if Isaac Cantrell in exhibiting an illegal
as the proper legal will of my father the sd Isaac Cantrell & that I will support the
charge in proper trial for the same signed with my hand this 3d Febry 1806

suit of Peter Cantrell

Issued four citations for James Turner Esqr, John Bangston ??
James Ezell & John Pirtle to appear as witness on the part of the Executors.

Peter Cantrill vs the Executors of Isaac Cantrell

Proved the Will in due form of Law & after taking down the
whole of the Evidence decree deferred until the 3d day of March
ensuing

Decree agreeable to appointment on this day that the will
of Isaac Cantrell decd as far as respect the personal property is
sufficiently & legally proven. Cosequently goods, but there being
but  two subscribing witnesses it is not sufficient to convey the
lands of said Dec'd.
