The ordinary is hereby required to take notice that I do protest against the proceedings of the Executors if Isaac Cantrell in exhibiting an illegal as the proper legal will of my father the sd Isaac Cantrell & that I will support the charge in proper trial for the same signed with my hand this 3d Febry 1806 2d Entry Signd. Peter Cantrell ========== Issued two citations for Mary Cantrell & George Pirtle Executors of Isaac Cantrell to appear on 17th instant & prove the will in due form of Law at the suit of Peter Cantrell Issued four citations for James Turner Esqr, John Bangston ?? James Ezell & John Pirtle to appear as witness on the part of the Executors. ========== In the Court of Ordinary 17th February 1806 Peter Cantrill vs the Executors of Isaac Cantrell Proved the Will in due form of Law & after taking down the whole of the Evidence decree deferred until the 3d day of March ensuing ========== Decree agreeable to appointment on this day that the will of Isaac Cantrell decd as far as respect the personal property is sufficiently & legally proven. Cosequently goods, but there being but two subscribing witnesses it is not sufficient to convey the lands of said Dec'd.
