   Larkin served in the Rev. War from 1779 to 1781. For his service he was awarded Bounty Land Warrant survey #671 (may have actually been #871) for 300 acres located in the Washington Territory. The land was located on the south side of the Holstein rove on Harmony Creek which was at that time in NC. In 1794 the land was now part of the new state of Tennessee.
