ARNOLD
The family of Arnold claim great antiquity and that their genealogy has been traced back to Adam through 96 generations but coming back to more recent times place their origin among the ancient Princes of Wales. Ynir born 1100 King of Gurntland flourished in the 12th century and was paternally descended from Ynir second son of Cadwalder last King of the Britons who died in Rome 688. The Eleazur Arnold Homestead
William And Joanna Hopkins* above mentioned had a daughter Francis who married William Mann had a daughter Mary Mann who married John Lapham. There is therefore two descents from Thomas Arnold, one by his first wife and one by his second wife and through the marriage of Benjamin Lapham and Mary Mann, the two branches of the 5th generation.
Eleazur Arnold, in his will, left 10 Pounds to his daughter Abigail Mann.
