Edward Lawrence GAUTHIER

Suddenly on Monday, June 17, 1991 at the Winnipeg Health Sciences Centre, Edward Lawrence Gauthier of Detroit, Michigan, formerly of Fisher Branch, Man., passed away at the age of 49 years.

He is survived by parents, Lawrence and Marie Gauthier ; wife Fern ; children, Darren, Elizabeth, Shannon, Danielle, Swan, Loni and Lisa ; five grandchildren ; four brothers, three sisters, Hormidas, Malvina, Alma, Lena, Henry, Andre, Jannerd and numerous nieces and nephews.

Edward was born and raised in Fisher Branch and in 1971 moved to Detroit and was employed by General Motors for the past 20 years.

Prayers will be held at the Fisher Funeral Home on Thursday June 20 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service Friday, June 21 at the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Fisher Branch at 2:00 p.m., followed by interment in the parish cemetery . Rev. A. Korewa officiating.

Marie Ann GAUTHIER

On Saturday, April 5, 1997 at the Arborg and Districts Health Centre, Marie Ann Gauthier, formerly of Fisher Branch, passed away at the age of 86 years.

She was predeceased by her husband Lawrence and one son Edward. Marie is survived by children, Hormidas (Mary), Melvina (Cecil), Alma (Nick), Lena, Henry (Marge), Andre (Pat), Jannard (Gloria) ; 26 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.

Prayers will be held on Wednesday, April 9 at the Immaculate Conception R.C. Church, Fisher Branch at 8:30 p.m. with Deacon Robert Giasson. Funeral service Thursday, April 10 at 11:00 a.m. followed by internment in the parish cemetery with Fr. Bo. Wardzinski officiating.
